Weihnachtsmarkt Schloss Hof

Christmas market in the baroque complex of Schloss Hof in the Marchfeld, on weekends only plus 7 and 8 December. It lies outside Vienna in Lower Austria and is set up as a day trip; the site includes a manor farm and an animal park. Unlike the Viennese markets, entry is charged.

What to eat and drink here

On offer are regional dishes, punch, mulled wine, roast chestnuts and baked goods from the Marchfeld. Prices are in the usual range for Austrian Advent markets (hot drinks in 2025 mostly 4.50–6 EUR). A deposit is charged on the mug.
